45 year old professional female from Toronto looking for a room to rent for 2-3 nights a week while working in downtown Hamilton. Walking distance to Jackson Square is very important. Must be furnished with TV and WIFI. Usually out the door by 7:30 AM latest. Very limited storage required while I’m not there. Not looking to cook but a fridge would be nice.
