My objective is to experience/scout Kelowna to decide to permanently move there (dry, hot & sunny summers). *I am looking for a sublet, temporary, roommate, or house sitting opportunity from Sep to Nov 2024 for only me. *The Sep-Nov 2024 opportunity may be: -One time only. -Renewable yearly for a student apartment sublet, annual temporary rental, etc. This fits with my travel schedule. *Convenience to a gym or a lake/mountain side running trail are wants not musts. *I am neat, clean, quiet, considerate, respectful and a non-smoker. *I have successfully had male, female, family, and senior roommates. *I enjoy eating well, running, working out, reading, comedy, music, movies and entrepreneur/innovation Meetups. *I’m looking for a quality relationship with my landlord, sublessor, or roommate, nice sunny accommodation, and making arrangements simply.
