Hi! My name is Alice and I’m looking for a new long term (1-2yr) roommate in a 2 bed 1 bath basement apartment of a bungalow house in Scarborough. (Warden & Eglinton)

I’m pretty introverted and like to spend my time at home watching tv, listening to music, and hanging out with my cat. I’m quiet, very clean, and all about keeping the peace in the space. My cat is the louder one between us. I usually only occupy the kitchen for a couple hours once a week for meal prepping. On the rare occasion I’ll have a guest over, but no overnights, and any large parties (also rarely) will be communicated with ample notice.

The landlord lives upstairs with her curly haired poodle and we both live very similarly. We both ensure comfortable and harmonious living conditions, sharing responsibilities such as snow shovelling, taking bins out on garbage days, bringing in mail, etc.
