Hi! I’m looking for a roommate in a 2 bedroom basement apartment of a bungalow house starting July 1. It is the larger bedroom of the two and it was updated with new floors, windows, paint etc prior to us moving in. Total 3 persons living in the house, only looking for a female roomie.

Both the landlord and I are 32 year old working professionals who share similar living styles. We both like to keep the peace and we all help each other out with things like snow shovelling, taking out the bins on garbage days, bringing mail in, etc. We seldom have guests over. Early to bed, early to rise.
I generally keep to myself and maintain cleanliness in all shared areas. I like to decorate the space with plants and cute toys! I have a 9 year old bengal cat that spends most of her time in my room or singing in the living room, and the landlord has a curly haired poodle upstairs.
