Currently, I am a temporary resident that looks to rent for 3 up to 4 months, while waiting for a response from IRCC and to later get from them an open work permit. I’m quiet, adaptable, friendly but respectful of space and boundaries (and expect the same from other roomies), and I keep the living space tidy. Don’t smoke or drink (but can tolerate some smoking), lacto-vegetarian, atheist. I’m straight, though “LGBT+ friendly”. Interested in software/tech. In my home country I was a SMT operator, and was getting system administrator’s education (CCNA and such). Have passed IELTS test for band score 8.0 in 2022. I was considering to do a “background check” here, but it implies having a Canadian ID.
