Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share my two-bedroom, two-bath high-rise condo in the Waterfront area. The master bedroom with ensuite is available starting March 1st, or April 1st at the latest.

About the Space: Bathrooms are separate (you’ll have your own ensuite). Huge balcony with a waterfront view. In-suite laundry. Full kitchen, living room with couch, TV, and entertainment unit. Access to building amenities including a full fitness center (not just a condo gym!).

Convenient location: 4-minute walk to the waterfront & beach 5-minute walk to Union Station bus terminal 15-minute walk to Union Station 10-minute walk to the nearest PATH Close to grocery stores and highways

About Me: I’ve lived at this address since the summer of 2024. My current roommate and I met on Roomies.ca, and I’ve lived with her since September 2024. She’s moving abroad, so the room is open. I work from home most days. I love music (I do blast music, but will respect your schedule). I enjoy working out, Pilates, going to concerts, dressing up, brunch, and occasionally hosting friends or family. I love shopping (especially thrifting vintage designer bags).

Who I’m Looking For: Someone employed, responsible, and reliable (good credit is preferred). Must pay bills in a timely manner. Clean, hygienic, and respectful of shared spaces. Must be comfortable sharing chores. Comfortable with both quiet time and social time in the condo. Fitness enthusiast preferred (motivation to work out together is a bonus!). Must be comfortable with guests. Preferably late 20s–early 30s, female.

Other Notes: Shared spaces should be kept clean and tidy. I value someone who is respectful, calm, and friendly. Pets are not included in this listing (you can clarify if they are welcome or not).
