Hello, I’m moving to Toronto around Nov 1st and I’m looking for a room or someone to be roomies and look for a place together, close or around downtown area and TTC lines.

My budget is between 1000-1200 with utilities included. I am a very clean, organised (neurodivergent person). I am currently living in Victoria, BC. So i would not be able to go to viewings unless they are online or via video calls.

I am an actor/artist who’s originally from Peru. I am neurodivergent, don’t really drink much but do enjoy the occasional going out or having a beer at home. I am very 420 friendly and do all my smoking outdoors.

I don’t have many requirements for what i’m looking for in a place except:

• Furnished/Semi-Furnished (at least a bed)
• Laundry In-Unit/In-Building
• Close to TTC lines

Not a must have’s, but would be nice:

• Outdoor space (Balcony/Yard)
• Dishwasher
• If apartment, building with amenities
