My name is Theo. A solo student at Douglas college, studying Computer Science and working part time at bike rental shop, downtown Vancouver. Clean and quiet, no smoking. looking for non smoking, quiet and respecful place to stay more than 1 year, if the living conditions are still good. Cleanliness is my priority, I always been a responsible person for housework at my own house. I also used to have a roommate back to my university days so I truly understand about living with others and basic manners. Never smoking or any drugs.
