My name is Theresa, and I’m looking for a female roommate to either team up with or rent a room with while I study at SAIT.

For room rentals I’m only interested in having one roommate.

Despite my friendly nature I’m introverted as well as level headed. I believe that clear communication is a non-negotiable for us to live comfortably. I’m always respectful of shared spaces and won’t always occupy the home due to my personal.

I’m mindful of noise, especially in the evenings as I sleep early. It will be nice if our resting hours generally align for simplicity as well as undisturbed sleep.

For fun, I love karaoke, being outside, beauty, eating pizza, and reading manga.

Financially, I will always pay my part of rent and utilities on time. It is expected that both of us contribute to the cleanliness of the house.
