My name is Theresa, and I’m looking for a female roommate or room to rent while I complete a study program at Bow Valley College.

A little about me: I’m an easygoing and tidy person. I believe clear communication is key for a happy home, and I’m always respectful of shared spaces. As a student, my schedule includes quiet study time at home, and I’m mindful of noise, especially in the evenings.

For fun, I love karaoke, being outside, beauty, eating pizza, and reading manga. I’m generally a homebody.

Financially, I’m responsible and will always pay my share of rent and utilities on time. I’m happy to contribute to a cleaning schedule for common areas.
