hi my name is emiliana, im a 20 year old uottawa student. i am looking to find a roommate to share my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the le columbia building in gatineau (hull) as of november. the apartment is a 10 minute drive or only 45 minute bus to downtown ottawa. the price is $1000/month and you can sublease the room for 6 months or 12 months depending on what works best for you :) . the apartment includes all utilities (heat/ac, water, electricity, wifi, appliances, and in unit washing machine and dryer). the room is a small unfurnished room and your own private bathroom. i am looking for a female young adult working or student to share my place with. i am hoping to get into contact with you soon and feel free to reach out for more details and to ask any questions!

note: i currently have 2 cats (1 is mine and the other one i am currently just fostering him until he gets adopted :) so i do not know if the second cat will be around by your move in date). if you are not interested in living in an apartment that includes cats, i will not be the roommate for you.
