I’m a hospitality student in my final semester, currently completing a required industry placement while working part-time in event operations.

I’m mature, clean, and considerate, with a structured routine around school and work. I’m comfortable with condo living, shared spaces, and shared utility arrangements, and I’m looking for a stable, long-term setup downtown.
