Hi there! I’m Sara. I’m looking for a new place in downtown Toronto and would love to find someone to rent something together with. I like cats, and while I don’t have one and am not planning on getting one, you get bonus points if you do :P
I would prefer to live in a high-rise condo or apartment building that’s located within City of Toronto limits. The specific location isn’t too important but it’ll be nice to be walking distance from the subway (ideally line 1 or underground line 5).
If you already have a place, that’s okay, but I would want to be on the lease (as opposed to being on a roommate agreement).
I’m a student and I go to school elsewhere in the GTA, so I will try to find someone to stay in my room for most of September through April for the next couple of years, but I will be spending my summer break and possibly winter break in Toronto. I’m slightly left-wing and would like to room with someone who shares similar values.
