(I HAVE TAKEN MONTH-TO-MONTH BEFORE AND STAYED FOR YEARS WITHOUT A LEASE). I do NOT smoke, do drugs, drink too much, nor have parties. I did some House Sitting while owner went over-seas for Missionary Work, cut grass; mowed lawn, (electric lawn mower), general cleaning, and shoveled driveways, etc).
