​My name is Pradeep, and I am an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Apprentice at Summit Air. I’m a BCIT graduate and have lived here in Yellowknife for nearly two years now. My current landlord is selling his house, which is why I’m looking for a new place to call home.

​I am a 22-year-old professional who values respect, discipline, and a strong work ethic. I’m quite spiritual, health-conscious, and I don’t drink or smoke. Since I currently live with my landlord and his family (including their daughter and dog), I am very comfortable and well-adjusted to a busy household environment and am 100% okay with your dogs!

​In my free time, I’m usually outdoors hiking or cycling, or focusing on my career and studies. I am a “pay rent on time” kind of guy and can happily provide a reference letter from my current landlord and my credit score if needed.
