Hi ,I am looking for a clean and safe private room with budget not more than $850. I am an easy going and approachable person and I believe in treating others the same way I want to be treated. I don’t have too many demands; however hygiene is an important factor when choosing a roomate and someone who’s respectful to each other. I’m also fond of cats and dogs so I don’t mind having them around! Preferably looking for a room around North and downtown Vancouver .
