Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate or preferably team up to get a 2 bed, 2 bath condo in downtown Toronto. I’ve been living in Calgary for a couple of years and now ready to move to a new city, by May 1st, 2026 (or end of April). I work fully remote for an Insurance company based in Toronto.

I want a room with a door and window (no den rooms with sliding doors), my own bathroom and just one female roommate. Also, no smoking and unfortunately no pets.

I’m very clean and friendly. I have respect for boundaries and shared spaces; and I expect the same from my future roommate. I love taking long walks, restaurant hopping, museums and traveling.
