Moving to Calgary from UK on IEC and looking for a furnished place (even just a bed with mattress in the room) downtown or just outside. Open to subletting!
I’d love to find a roomate(s) who’s also open to being friends. Ideally women around my age late 20’s/early 30’s. I’ve lived with shift workers before so I’m really considerate of other peoples schedules.
I don’t have any pets but I do love animals, especially dogs, so I’m more than happy if you have one. I enjoy having a few drinks when out with friends but nothing over the top. In my spare time I’ll probably be reading, at the gym, exploring the area, or trying new food spots.
Can provide reference from previous landlord in UK I also have an ACRO police certificate and criminal background check that was needed by IRCC and can show you that but I’m also happy to do the roomies background check feature if wanted!
