So, I’m a female vegetarian looking for a private room and own/private washroom for myself to move from July 1st or July 3rd, 2026 with one parking space and a clean kitchen. I am a working professional and I work as a Pharmacy assistant with Shoppers drug mart since 2021. I’ve been in Canada since almost 5 years and I’m a Canadian Citizen. My rental agreement preference is month to month (Although if it works out I don’t mind staying for 3 months or longer). I’ll give 2 months notice period before leaving. My budget is maximum $1050 including utilities and parking.

Also, if it’s a house, if possible please specify about the number of rooms in the place and the people I’d be sharing the kitchen with (veg/non-veg), etc although that’s not a dealbreaker.

I’m friendly, responsible, and respectful of others’ privacy and space. I value cleanliness and maintain a quiet, peaceful living environment.
