My budget is flexible depending on the listing.

I’m mostly out during the day and mainly home for cooking and sleeping, so you’d rarely see me aside from occasional weekend mornings. I’m considerate, clean, and easy to live with as long as the roommate are so too.

I don’t mind living with pets as long as they are looked after very well by the owner, I always clean up after myself and do dishes right after using them.
