I am currently a student but will be graduating around the time I’m looking to find a lease (May 2026). I am looking for a room in an apartment preferably but I am open to rooms as well. Ideally a room with a private washroom would be preferred but I am open to a shared washroom too. My budget is a maximum of $1200 a month including utilities. I am looking for a 1 year lease!
