I am a single, 61 year old retired female. While thoughtful and respectful, friendly and congenial, I am quiet and generally quite private, spending most of the time in my bedroom, watching mainstream news on my ipad.

Looking for the long-term, I seek: -a calm, serene, very clean household without children, without pets, without partiers, and with well-defined protocols for quiet/ sleeping hours, kitchen cleanliness/ access, and for household chores; -access to: own private bathroom; one fridge shelf/ two freezer shelves, two cupboard shelves, oven/stove; washer/ dryer.
