I like to keep a clean, organized space. Not really into clutter, left that lifestyle behind a long time ago. Lets work together to maintain a dream kitchen and bathroom.

Pretty good at managing finances. Money is not going to be a problem and I would only accept the same from someone else. Not dead set on a rent budget. Ballpark of 1.2 maybe more it all depends.

Mostly spend my time at home on the computer. I love sleep so much. Tend to be on the quiet reserved side, but I hope we can have good conversations or else why live together right. You can count on respect and privacy always.
