I have sold my house and wanting to travel in Mexico. Rental would be possibly one year while I get some banking business finished and wait for my permanent drivers licence in the mail. I had bought a new car and changed residence from Quebec to Ontario. I can provide references for rooms I have rented in the past two years since I sold my house. I have to leave where I am staying now, with a friend, as she has someone moving in that was prearranged months ago. I need something quickly. I would love a place where I can have a small garden as I have not been able to do that since my house sold. I am retired and have a monthly income as well as the funds received for the house sale. As of now there is only me needing a room, yet I am open to team up with others looking on this site. I do appreciate a quiet home and living with individuals that are respectful.
