Working professional seeking team-up for 2 bedroom or private room for long-term rental.

I’m a typically quiet person who’s lived with others and alone for years, I’m more of a late-night person so I need to live with others who are on roughly the same schedule. I value being able to rest at home on my days off but can’t focus with my current household waking me up at 9am every morning. I’m seeking an affordable place of my own or a rental with 1-2 other roommates at most.

I work next to the north town center/long lake and would prefer somewhere close for a shorter commute, I require the bus so I need a location near a stop. I work two jobs and I’m typically awake at 7am to leave for my full-time day job, then come home around 6pm then stream from 7pm to 11pm normally 4-5 days a week. When I’m home on days off I’m either drawing or gaming, watching movies with my friends online or catching up on sleep.

I like to keep my spaces clean and keep up with chores, I’m quiet, clean and respectful of common areas. I don’t have many personal belongings but have my own furniture so I would need an unfurnished room or space. I like the quiet but don’t mind living with others a little on the louder side, as long as it isn’t early in the morning.

I’m in need of basic household access to the kitchen and bathroom, and good quality internet for streaming and gaming. I’m willing to pay extra to upgrade if needed since I earn an income from streaming. I don’t ever have guests over, I don’t smoke or drink, have no pets, and no vehicle. I love animals however and don’t mind living with pet owners!
