Working professional seeking team-up for 2 bedroom or private suite for long-term rental.

I’m a typically quiet person who’s lived with others or alone for years, and due to my schedule working two jobs I’m up later at night and need to live with others who are on roughly the same schedule. I value being able to rest on my days off and I’m typically in my room or keep to myself when I’m at home. I’m seeking an affordable place of my own or a rental with 1-2 other roommates at most.

I work near the nanaimo hospital and would prefer somewhere close for a shorter commute, I’m currently within walking distance and hope I can find something close. I work two jobs and I leave the house at 9am for my full-time day job, then come home around 6:30pm then stream from 7pm to 11pm normally 4-5 days a week. Times can sometimes fluctuate but I’m quiet and have soundproofing to make things easier.

I like to keep my spaces clean and keep up with chores, I’m quiet, clean and respectful of common areas. I don’t have many personal belongings but have my own furniture so I would need an unfurnished room or space. I like the quiet but don’t mind living with others a little on the louder side, as long as it isn’t early in the morning.

I’m in need of basic household access to the kitchen and bathroom, and good quality internet for streaming and gaming. I’m willing to pay extra to upgrade if needed since I earn an income from streaming. I don’t ever have guests over, I don’t smoke or drink, have no pets, and no vehicle. I love animals however and don’t mind living with pet owners. I’d prefer to live alone in a private suite if possible since I’m currently paying the same amount for just a bedroom with three other housemates.
