I would be renting on my own, no roommates or pets. I am quiet and keep to myself, but I am friendly and easy to talk to when we cross paths. I clean up the kitchen the same night I cook and I do not leave dishes sitting. My shifts vary and include some evenings and nights, so I am often out of the house at times when others are home. I pay rent on time, communicate early if anything comes up, and I am looking for a stable place for the longer term rather than a few months.
