Hi! I am looking for a room with an ensuite bathroom, a parking space and within walking distance to Ontario Tech North campus.

My partner, Yulia, is starting Medical Lab Science at Ontario Tech and I am doing online school and working. We have a cat named Orbit who is very cuddly and will stay in our room unless we are with him. We keep a clean space, do not drink or smoke and are quiet.
