Hi! I am fairly new to Toronto, I started my PhD in September of 2024. Other than that, I love to read, paint, workout, watch movies, bake. I am hoping to be close friends with the people I live with. I also love to host friends for dinners/tea time and would love to have a roomie who likes to mingle :) My family may also visit for a few days 1-2 times a year. I consider myself to be clean and tidy, and it is very important to me that my roommates have the same sense of cleanliness especially in the shared spaces. I’ve been living with roommates for over 4 years now, and I would say I understand the complexities that come with it really well! I have also always had good relationships and records with the landlords of my rentals, and can get recommendations from them if needed :) I am ideally looking to move at the end of august. I have had trouble finding apartments in the past as I am an international student from the US without a guarantor in Canada, and hence I would ideally like to hop on an existing lease or sublet.
