Hi, Looking for a private place with parking, preferably in a house, but will consider other accommodations, in a quiet, healthy, clean air environment (eco-friendly).

Location: warm spot with good air quality.

Budget $ 400. I am seeking work, so rent-free or delayed for first 1-3 months+/-, or work-exchange (e.g. house-sitting, light house or private care, pet care) is sought. Other creative options may be considered.

I am quiet, responsible, clean and will take good care of the space.
