I live an active lifestyle kayaking, walking and spending many daylight hours outside. I’ve written two books on my experiences in the Army and want to spend the next year trying to get that project off the ground. During the warm months, I plan on exploring the local waterways by kayak so storage space (outdoors is fine) and a place within 3km to a major waterway is an absolute must. I try not to take anything, including myself, too seriously and am looking for a laid back atmosphere with little to no drama, in an all adult household. I’m looking for May 1st, but would need to secure accommodations before April so that I may give proper notice.
