I live an active lifestyle kayaking, walking and spending many daylight hours outside. I’ve written two books on my experiences in the Army and want to spend the next year trying to get that project off the ground. During the warm months, I plan on exploring the local waterways by kayak so a place within 3 - 5 km to a major waterway is a must. The only good thing to come out of my last living situation, is that I’ve met two friends who I get along with, have lived with for over a year, and would like to continue to do so. We need two rooms, and our budget is anywhere from $700-$1000, per room, depending on size, amenities etc. Our notice is in, and we have cash in hand, so we are motivated renters looking for a decent landlord to share a space with on November 1st.
