About the House • 3 bed / 2 bath (bathrooms are shared, bedrooms are unfurnished) • Spacious shared kitchen & 2 living areas - second living space is very large and just about empty so lots of options! • Small shared yard – great for relaxing outdoors • Shared laundry on-site • One parking spot available • Rent: $1,000 + 1/3 of utilities & internet • Move-in date: May 1, 2025
