Serenity

I’m looking for a nice apt or condo rental in the Yonge-Eglinton (midtown/uptown) area. I would like a situation in which we are BOTH on the lease either as tenants in common or as co-tenants in a two-bedroom apt, long-term (>=1year). My budget is about $1700/ mo. I do not have a pet but I’d like to get one in the near future and I don’t mind if you do. I’m semi-flexible on move-in date but would prefer early to mid March.

In my spare time I enjoy video gaming, reading, cafés. I’d enjoy making friends with a roommate but I’m also flexible to keep things more professional.

If anyone is interested in teaming up I have an idea of some nice buildings in the area.
