Clean, quiet and chill. Looking to live with people who appreciate a tidy, peaceful environment. I don’t have any pets, but I love fur babies. If you have animals it’s an added bonus. I’m a non smoker, non drinker. I’m typically up by 9:30am- in bed by 12:30am -1:30am I head into work 4 days a week and am gone 8 hours on those days. My downtime is generally spent on light gaming and movie watching. I tend to treat my room like an Oasis. I’m friendly, but love my own space. Looking for an unfurnished room. Hopefully with Ac or the ability to run Ac. I come with two robot vacuums that I will share with the house. My credit score is excellent and is available to those who need assurances. Currently in a lease and will be unable to move until June 2026.
