Clean, quiet and chill. Looking to live with people who appreciate a tidy, peaceful environment. I don’t have any pets, but I love fur babies. If you have pets, it’s an added bonus. I’m a non smoker, non drinker and I don’t do drugs. I’m okay if others do, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the enjoyment of the space.
I’m typically up by 9:30am- in bed by 12:30am -1:30am I head into work 3 days a week and am gone 8 hours on those days. My downtime is generally spent on light gaming and movie watching. I tend to treat my room like an Oasis. I’m friendly, but love the solitude of my own space. Looking for an unfurnished room, minimally 10 x 10 with Ac or the ability to run Ac.
