I value open communication first and foremost, as I believe it fosters a positive living environment. I respect and enjoy privacy, but I also appreciate social interactions and getting to know my roommates over shared interests and experiences. Music is a big part of my life—I play guitar (acoustic), so I’m ideally looking for a space where this is welcomed. I don’t play a ton anymore, but still do pick it up from time to time.

Cooking is another hobby of mine and I enjoy experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, so having a decent kitchen is important to me. I’d love to share this occasionally with a roommate who enjoys cooking too.

I pride myself on being clean and responsible, and I appreciate these qualities in those I live with. A respectful and comfortable home environment is essential for me.

I am working, make a decent living and can provide a look at my letter of offer for proof of employment.

I smoke cigarettes and occasionally cannabis (outside only).

My current situation is pretty terrible, as I am in a shared living space by the University and my roomies do not like to cleanup after themselves, as well as their level of safe food handling is no where near what I would call acceptable. The landlord has not managed to get these things under control, so it is time for me to move on.
