Hi, I’ll be starting my second year of studies at Dalhousie this fall, and hoping to find an apartment that’s close to the Dalhousie campus preferably where I may be able to rent for the duration of my studies. I am a social person and a very responsible tenant (clean Non-smoker, quiet, non-partier with no pets). I’m looking for a one bedroom with rent that includes heat and hot water.
