I have been a renter for decades and I know what is required to share a living space. I work days so I am out a fair amount and sometimes I do extra work nights for a couple weeks at a time. I am clean, tidy, responsible, outgoing, aspire to living lightly, and I am a fairly good communicator. I am good with households that are often lively with mostly quiet hours between midnight and 6 a.m. I would ideally like a room mate/home situation generally oriented to people in the later middle-age and senior stages of life. I would be open to other compatible arrangements. I enjoy hiking, community events, wining-and-dining, CBC radio, a bit of gardening.
