Hi everyone! I’m looking for a room to rent (late August/early September to end of April). I’m open to a house, condo, apartment, or townhouse. My budget is around $800/month (more or less) including utilities. I’m looking for an unfurnished private bedroom with a private bathroom, in-suite laundry, parking, and a female-only, smoke-free home. I’m okay with dogs! Ideally near Southgate, Century Park, South Campus, anywhere along the south LRT line or southside that has direct bus with an easy commute to the University of Alberta. (I’m open to anywhere in Edmonton though!) I’m from Calgary and going into my 4th year of Elementary Education at the UofA. I’m clean, respectful, and studious. I like to spend my time out of the house but when I’m home I like to chill. Aside from school, I’m a babysitter and I work retail. Occasionally I like to have friends over. I’d love a roommate I can also be friends with. I can provide references and am available to come view places July 17–19 or July 26th-August 2nd. Serious inquiries only please.
