Hi everyone! I’m urgently looking for a room to rent in Edmonton from August 30-April 30. Budget: maximum $850/month including utilities. I’m looking for a private unfurnished bedroom and bathroom with in-suite laundry and parking. Women only, ages 18–26, smoke-free. I can do a studio, one bed/bath, a separate entry basement, house, condo, apartment. Female roommates only. Ideally near Southgate, Century Park, South Campus, along the south LRT line, or anywhere with an easy commute to UofA. I’m open to other Edmonton areas too! I’m going into my 4th year of Elementary Education at UofA. I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and responsible. I work, babysit, and spend most of my time out of the house, but I’d love a roommate I can also hangout with! I can provide references.
