30 year old Nuclear Engineer seeking a room to rent ideally in a vegan/vegetarian household (although not a strict requirement) in Pickering/ Ajax/ Port Union
(Or a roommate to rent a place with!)
Also open to condos or apartments, but no basements.
- Stable full time employment
- Clean and respectful of shared spaces (my family owns investment properties so I understand the importance of and try to be a considerate and easygoing tenant)
- I don’t drink or smoke
- Quiet: hobbies are community service (feeding vegan meals to people experiencing homelessness and mentoring youth)
- Can provide proof of income and references
