Hi, I am Greg, a mature (older) single straight white male, no drink no smoke, and with no pets or family in tow- and I am very used to shared living. My income is more than adequate and my credit is perfect.
For many years before 2016 I lived in Kensington Market and sublet 7 rooms there. I also have previous property management experience. From 2016 to 2023 I lived in Scarborough near Brimorton and McCowan. From 2023 until recently I rented an apartment near Danforth and Main and sublet out 3 rooms. I don’t actively seek rooms that I can sublet out, but if I find such situations I explore their possibilities. Such situations are rare, so I focus on a room for myself.
How is parking? Who would I share with? I am available to answer questions and could visit when convenient for you.
