Hey everyone! I’m Ty. I’m 29 years old. I am very outgoing, loving and caring. I have a big heart and always have everyone else’s best interest at hand over my own.

Right now my living situation is more than suffice but I would be open to changing it if the price is right and the people are good.

Why should you choose me? Well, I am a very clean person and cleanliness in my environment is very important to me. I can cook amazing meals and I am super easy to get along with. I don’t like drama, so if you’re a drama type of person, it won’t work. As it says on my profile, I am cannabis friendly, however if you prefer I don’t smoke inside the house, I’m cool with that! I am more of an outside smoker anyways!
