I’m a quiet individual with guaranteed income. I generally work on my computer and keep to myself but am social/polite and clean when in common areas of an apartment or house dealing with room mates. I respect other peoples sleeping and working habits and smoke outdoors. As far away from the main structure and always keep a tidy spot to relax rather than litter my area with cigarette butts I keep wide lid bottle of water close by to keep the ground clean. Very little to move as ias illegally evicted from my previous for renovations to double the cost of rent. Would prefer a proper lease agreement that month to month cash payments receipts required fox tax and benefits.
