Isabelle & Simon

Hey there, we are Isabelle, 37 years and Simon 35 years from Germany. Last year we decided to leave our hometown for a greater adventure and started travelling in january 2025. Simon works remote and we both have the work & travel visa for Canada and have lived in a shared house and worked in Nanaimo since May. Now that summer ends we feel like it it time for us to move on and settle down somewhere else in beautiful BC after our September roadtrip. We are both looking for an affordable place to stay from october 1st on that feels like home, as a base with nice people around. We are very laid-back and like to be with others as well as doing our own thing. We like cooking, traveling, music and festivals as well as outdoor activities such as snorkeling, diving, swimming and hiking. As we are animal lovers by heart, staying with someone having a cat, tortoise or other pets, would be nice as well. We are reliable roomies when it comes to cleanliness of shared rooms (such as the kitchen/bathroom) to make sure, everybody feels comfortable. We value honest communication and authentic togetherness and hope to find roomies with the same ideas of living together.
