Hi I’m a 25 year old working professional currently in Toronto. I’ll be starting grad school at UWindsor in September.

I’m looking for a room to stay starting from August 2026 (ideally August 1 but flexible with the dates) long term. The place must have the following:

• private washroom (preferably ensuite)
• laundry on site
• close or easy commute to UWindsor
• no smoking

My budget is around 900-1000 if utilities are included in the higher end.

I’m also open to teaming up with other students/professionals to find a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom together if anyone is interested! I’m very clean and organized, quiet, and usually stay in my room when I’m not meal prepping in the kitchen. I don’t smoke or drink and don’t host parties.
