Lease take over starting December 1st- May 1st 2025

Rent: $1690/ month with $100 flat fee for utilities.

Pets: roommate has a friendly cat, so must be okay with cats and no other animals. Parking is included and have room for 1 car Laundry located in the basement

You’ll be sharing the space with a clean and respectful roommate who’s looking for someone with similar habit: clean, responsible, and easy to live with.

Will need a credit check, proof of employment and references to be approved
