My boyfriend and I have been living in Alliston for almost a year now, we live in a great place for the last 7 months however the landlords son is moving home in the next month,.. We have been together for 6 years and are very active in our community. We keep busy volunteering , we love to walk and go to the movies but we do love to spend time at home so sharing a home or apartment with a movie buff would make for great “downtime”, as i do work a lot of late hours as my company is located half way across another time zone, so I tend to work late into the night …into early mornings, so a quiet home so i can sleep during the morning is essential. Brad is returning to work in construction as he was off over the winter due to a shoulder surgery… I am great at keeping the home tidy, taking the garbage’s and recycling out when needed and brad has maintained the maintenance needed in the current 3 bedroom apt we live in, as the place is older and it helps the landlord save on money.. we are looking for laundry to be included as well as heat and hydro. We are quiet clean, respectful,. We are looking for another person or couple to share a house or share an apt //we are hoping for a master bedroom with our own bathroom if paying higher amount.. lower amount for a shared 2 to 3 bedroom with all shared accommodations..
