Looking to move in around end of October.

Budget is about 1200 not including utilities. I am a working professional. I work from home but I go into the office once/week.

Looking for something a bit more modern looking. Preferably seperate bedroom condo with a balcony. Or a nicer modern basement with an accessible backyard.

I am open to either a male or female roomate.

Pros: Respectful towards others and the rules, easy to deal with, open to being friends or living independently. No children, single and no pets (I am open to living with pets or if you want to bring your partner over on occasion). Sometimes I will show up with home cooked Persian Food (if you’re into that kind of food).

Possible Cons: I smoke weed (never indoors), I sleep late at nights and like to watch tv at a decent respectable volume, I DJ and so music is a part of my lifestyle and on occasion I may make a live mix during an approved time. I vape nicotine and I am open to discussing if that would be ok for both indoor and outdoor use. I need 1 spot to park my car.
