Hi! My sister and I are looking for a female roommate or LGBTQ man to join us in a 2-bed, 2-bath downtown apartment (Richmond, Adelaide, Ossington, Distillery, Fort York or King — not near Dundas). We’re sharing a room to save for a move abroad after the year.

MUST BE A YOUNG PROFESSIONAL WILL FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT AND GOOD CREDIT.

A little about us: we’re busy, social, and keep shared spaces tidy. In our spare time, I focus on my creative work as a screenwriter, and my sister is a singer/songwriter — we also do YouTube and a Podcast together so you’d be living with ambitious creatives. Bonus: we already have a comfy living room couch, so the apartment is basically move-in ready!.
