Hi! My sister and I are looking for a roommate (female or LGBTQ+ male) to join us in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in downtown Toronto (Richmond, Adelaide, Ossington, Distillery, Fort York, or King West — not Dundas).

We’ll be sharing one room as we’re intentionally saving for a move abroad next year, so you would have your own private bedroom and bathroom.

About us: We’re busy, social, and respectful of shared spaces. We keep things clean, organized, and calm at home. In our downtime, I focus on creative work (writing + content creation), and we both value a space that feels elevated but comfortable.

Apartment vibe: We’re aiming for a modern, well-maintained building with great amenities. We already have a neutral-toned couch + TV, so the common space will be styled and move-in ready.

Timing: We already have a realtor and several strong units lined up to tour. We’re looking for someone ready to move quickly and submit documents (credit report, pay stubs, employment letter) as units are going fast.
