Hi! I’m looking for a clean and well maintained place to rent in Fort McMurray as I’ll be relocating by the end of August for a new job at a school. I currently live in a furnished home, so a furnished or semi-furnished space would be ideal, though I do have a few personal belongings. I’m not a commuter. I’m a quiet, respectful and a very tidy tenant who genuinely takes pride in keeping a peaceful and well cared for home. I’m considerate of neighbours and shared spaces and I naturally keep a calm, low key lifestyle.

I don’t smoke, use drugs or party and I’m looking for a stable, long-term home environment where I can settle properly. My budget is around $600–$800 per month and I would be happy to commit long term if it’s a good fit. I have stable employment and can provide references. I’m reliable, easy to communicate with and would truly value a respectful and well kept living space.
