Hi! I’m a full-time Education student at Red Deer Polytechnic until June 2026, and I also work as a server. I’m looking for a room near/ around the 52nd Street, moving in end of March.

I’m single, quiet, neat and clean, no pets, no drugs, and no partying. My budget is $700–$800/month. I’d prefer a semi-furnished or furnished place — I already have a bed, mattress, dresser, and most kitchen items, so I’d just need a fridge and microwave. A wardrobe in the bedroom would be ideal, but if fully furnished, I can sell what I have.

I’m willing to sign a one-year lease or longer, as I plan to stay after graduation. I’m reliable, responsible, and will treat the space like my own home. Thank you for considering me!
