Hi! I’m looking for a clean and well maintained place to rent in St. Albert as I’ll be relocating from Red Deer at the end of August. I currently live in a furnished home, so a furnished or semi-furnished space would be wonderful, though I do have a few personal belongings.

I’m a quiet, respectful and very tidy tenant who truly takes pride in creating a peaceful home. I’m considerate of neighbours and shared spaces and I naturally keep a calm, low-key lifestyle. I don’t smoke, use drugs or party. I value a gentle, stable environment where I can settle in and feel at home.

My budget is around $500–$900 per month. I’d prefer a place with no deposit, but if a deposit is required, I’m happy to pay it in 2–4 monthly installments instead. I’m reliable and easy to communicate. If it feels like a good fit, I’d be more than happy to commit long-term.
