Looking to Rent – Room in Ancaster

I am a single individual seeking to rent a room in any area of Ancaster. I work from home, so a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment are essential. What I can offer Respect personal space and boundaries Happy to assist with light housekeeping and gardening if needed Quiet, tidy, and always clean up after using shared spaces, including the kitchen What I am looking for: Month-to-month rental agreement Prefer to rent directly from the owner A quiet, respectful household where cleanliness and personal boundaries are valued No dietary or other restrictions Parking required A well-ventilated room; a basement is acceptable if it is well ventilated and has a walk-out Ideally, I am looking for accommodation within a household that could benefit from some additional help around the home and supplementary income (for example, senior citizens).

As I work in healthcare, I can provide a Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) report if required & character references in addition to employment letter.

I am looking to move in June, or earlier if possible, depending on landlord approval.
