Looking for a private room in Ancaster/Dundas/Hamilton Ancaster is my first preference. Budget: $600–$800 with utilities and parking included. I’m open to supporting a senior homeowner with light assistance (errands, companionship, household help) in exchange for discounted accommodation. Prefer a safe, stable environment with respectful housemates. Move‑in: September 10th . Long‑term stay preferred. I can provide a Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) report if required & character references.
