Hi! Looking for a sublet or lease transfer. Ideally, I’m looking for a studio, I’m even open to a larger space! I’d love to stay $1600 or under. WEST OR CENTRAL DOWNTOWN ONLY. Please do not message me if it is outside of downtown. I am open to roommates or renting a room from someone, you MUST be queer or a woman. I do not want to live with a straight man. Oct or Nov - whenever ( at least six months ) If you’re a potential roommate, you must be OK with my boyfriend staying over one night a week. He’s very lovely, and we won’t be in your personal space. I don’t care what you do but no smoking in the apartment please. I’m not interested in living with anyone who parties a lot. I’m pretty chill besides that. I’m clean and work from home 50% of the time. If I do find a roommate, I would prefer to be at least kind of friends with them. I like my house to feel like a home.
