I am looking for a sublet in downtown/west Toronto - NOT EAST ideally. My budget is flexible, I can pay a little bit more if needed, would love to pay a bit less. I’m responsible and clean and can offer a down payment. I would rather a one bedroom or a studio, but if you’re renting a place that’s larger please let me know. I am also open to teaming up with a roommate but women/queer people only please! As a roommate, I’m pretty introverted at home but love to do little activities or cook if I live with another person. I like my partner to visit (not necessarily stay over) maybe once or twice a week. So you’d have to be OK with that. I’m looking for May 1 or May 31s/June 1st ( Ideally 31st ) I do have two cats, but if the place I end up subleasing/renting isn’t pet friendly - I can leave them with my partner. So if you have a nice place, this is not a dealbreaker for me. I would LOVE a longer lease 9-12 months. Cleanliness is a nooooon negotiable for me!!!!
