Greetings,

My name is Louis, I am in my 30s, born and raised in Montreal. I work for Fairmont Empress Hotel, and I am looking to move at the end of April, before May 1st, but I am flexible. I will also look for a second job for the busy summer months. I am clean, quiet, and professional. I am looking for 6 months+ but I am flexible for shorter or longer terms.

My girlfriend is in The Philippines where I have land, so I will not have any visitors. I do not have any pets but love them. I am mainly home to relax after work. I usually eat at work, and often shower there too. I am sociable but conscious of others’ spaces and energies. In my free time, I like to go to the beach and relax in nature. I speak a few languages (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Filipino, Bahasa) and have been to 70 countries.

When at home, I am usually found relaxing in front of YouTube in my room or in the garden enjoying the sun. I like to keep in shape, go for walks, eat healthy. If I prepare food at home, it’s usually a sandwich or salads — very simple. I don’t buy much food, so I don’t take up much space in the fridge. I am happy to help with cleaning duties; I always leave a place cleaner than I found it 🙂
